In St Augustine, There was an Airplane grave yard of Grumman S2 Tracker Navy planes that were use in the 60’s and 70’s. Each day I would pass by on my way to work in Jacksonville. With each season the landscape would change in the graveyard,. Winter was the best season to view the planes because in the summer they would be cover in vines. I mentioned to Byron how awesome it would be if someone could capture what I see every day on film. Byron did just that, the photos he took are exactly what I envisioned, but I’m not a photographer. In May of 2011, not long after Byron captured the planes on film the Graveyard was destroyed. I am so grateful that Byron was able to preserve my memory. The pictures hang in my office now, I still see them everyday at work, they are magnificent! Thanks to “B”
